How does a Filer Obtain Approval for Access to Service Areas and Transaction Types for their Business?

Service Area Added – Online Notice Response Service

Filers that are non-Administrators can request access to specific Service Areas and Transaction Types via the My Business - Administration link on their Gateway Home Page. All access requests are electronically submitted to the authorized Filing Administrators for approval.

How do Filing Administrators Secure Access to their Business’ Account and Data?

Authorized Filing Administrators serves as the security gatekeeper for their business and maintains security by actively managing who has access to their business’ data. Administrators use the Gateway’s Service Area Access transaction to control security access to other filers acting on behalf of their business’ Gateway account, and to provide each filer with access to relevant transactions on their Dashboard.
